Picking THE right partners
Andrew Koussevitzky of Koussevitzky Law is excited to bring the “Picking The Right Partners” seminar to The Americanna Dream Festival in San Francisco. The seminar will take place at the legendary Cow Palace on May 18th, 2019. (time TBD) This is Andrew’s second time speaking at the Cow Palace. He last spoke there in 2015 regarding the importance of cannabis legalization prior to the passage of proposition 64.
As the cannabis industry continues to experience historical growth, a number of irreputable cannabis businesses and products will inevitably become more common. Fear not, as the purpose of this seminar is to provide information that helps attendees seek the right partners and implement winning strategies for their business.
About The Seminar
Andrew will discuss strategies and take questions about picking the right partners in the cannabis, cbd, and hemp businesses. Above all, Andrew will speak about due diligence techniques and the importance of conducting due diligence up-front when choosing partners. Additionally, the seminar will cover financial red-flags, NDA’s (non-disclosure agreements,) professional backgrounds, investors, brand positioning, marketing, and pricing. Likewise, the discussion will touch on company values, and why you should partner with companies and people that have similarly aligned values as you do.
